PET Needle Punched Nonwoven Geotextile
Nonwoven geotextiles are versatile fabrics that have a felt-like appearance and are used primarily for filtration and separation purposes. These products are typically needle-punched, with staple fibers or continuous filaments being bonded together by entangling the fibers with barbed needles. They are a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to other geosynthetics, making them a popular choice for many different applications.
Introduction:
Staple fibers needle punched geotextiles is a kind of composite geomaterial with good permeability which is punctured using composite fiber. Cloth-like product has the general width of 4-6 meters and a length of 50-100 meters.
The product has excellent permeability, acquired, durability, which can be widely used in railway, highway, movement hall, DAMS, hydraulic structures, hence hole, coastal shoal, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects. Basically have nonwoven geotextile and electricity crack membrane silk weaving geotextile.
Feature:
UV resistant
High temperature resistance to up to 230C maintaining structure stability and original physical properties
High flat drainage and vertical permeability
High creep resistance
Resistance of erosion of chemicals in soil as well as the corrosion of gasoline and diesel etc
High elongation under certain stress, thus able to adapt to uneven and irregular bases
