-Production process: Using polyester fibers or polyester staple fibers as the main raw materials, the fibers are loosened, combed, tangled, and laid in a non-woven production equipment, and then entangled with each other through needle punching technology to form a cloth like structure.
-Performance characteristics: It has excellent properties such as acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, dimensional stability, and good filtration. At the same time, it also has characteristics such as ventilation, insulation, and water absorption.
-Specification parameters: The specification is generally 100-800g/m ², with a thickness of 0.9-5.0mm and an amplitude deviation of ± 5%. The breaking strength is 3.0-40KN/m, the CBR top breaking strength is 0.6-7.0KN, the equivalent pore size is 0.07-0.2mm, and the vertical permeability coefficient is K × (10 ⁻1 -10 ⁻³) cm/s (K=1.0-9.9).
