Geocell used in subgrade reinforcement

1. Pull out the folded honeycomb geocell (some fibrous materials, such as geotextile, can be laid under the cell according to the specific conditions of the foundation).

2. Fix with anchors(with limiting cap)

3. Join the geocell groups with plastic link like screw and nut

4. Use the loader to fill the geocell till the cell is filled and exceeded, and then carry out vibration or rolling to complete the base course.The filler can be gravels,soil,rocks,cement.

5.The cellular system can support various construction equipment, which can be directly used for construction, and the surface course can be completed in a conventional way.

Note：Usually,for subgrade reinforcement, the height of the geocell is from 50mm to 150mm,the welding distance can be 330mm to 800mm.The specification 150-800-1.3 can support more than 30tons.50-800-1.3 can support more than 20tons
